Terms for using Nestor
These terms govern use of the Nestor website and prototype property-research service. They do not replace rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

Who provides the service
The service is provided by Nestor (operator details pending). Contact: not yet configured. Address: not yet configured.
What Nestor provides
Nestor organises AI-assisted property research from user inputs and retrieved sources. It is general decision support, not an estate agency service, survey, valuation, conveyancing service, legal opinion, tax calculation for a specific transaction, mortgage recommendation, financial advice, insurance advice, or guarantee.
You must verify important findings with the original source and appropriate qualified professionals before relying on them.
Who may use it
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms and use the service lawfully. The service is intended for adults. If you use it for a business or another person, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Your inputs and responsibilities
- Provide inputs you are entitled to use and do not upload confidential documents, identity records, financial details, access credentials, or unlawful content.
- Do not use the service to identify, profile, harass, discriminate against, or make decisions about an individual.
- Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, security measures, or provider restrictions; disrupt the service; or use automated access without written permission.
- Check that a result matches the exact property. Stop using a report if the match, source, date, or calculation appears wrong.
You retain rights in content you submit. You give the operator only the permission needed to process it to provide, secure, and support the requested service as described in the privacy notice.
AI, third-party sources, and links
AI can misunderstand an input, retrieve the wrong page, omit evidence, or generate an incorrect conclusion. Third-party listings and public records can be delayed, incomplete, approximate, or wrong. Links do not imply ownership, endorsement, affiliation, or responsibility for the linked service.
Accounts and saved work
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Saved features may change as the service develops. Public sharing of private reports is not currently part of the service.
Availability and changes
The prototype may be modified, suspended, rate-limited, or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal, provider, or product reasons. We will not describe a paid feature or recurring service until the relevant price, cancellation, renewal, support, and statutory-right terms are supplied clearly before purchase.
Intellectual property
The Nestor name, interface, original text, and software are protected as applicable. Source publishers retain their rights. Government and open data remain subject to their stated licences and attribution rules. These terms do not grant permission to copy third-party listings, images, databases, or branding.
Responsibility when things go wrong
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including applicable consumer rights. Because property decisions can create substantial loss, you should not use an AI report as the sole basis for viewing, offering, borrowing, insuring, exchanging contracts, or completing a purchase. The final liability wording and any fair financial cap must be set by the operator and reviewed before commercial launch.
Ending use, disputes, and law
You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be restricted for unlawful, abusive, insecure, or materially harmful use. Contact the operator first about a dispute. Governing law and court jurisdiction: not yet configured. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules continue to apply.
