How Nestor publishes property guidance

Content must help a real buyer complete a task, show where material claims came from, and disclose the role of automation.

Usefulness before search traffic

We publish when a page offers a distinct decision aid, transparent calculation, original analysis, or evidence workflow. We do not publish near-duplicate keyword pages, generic location prose, fabricated first-hand experience, or unsupported predictions.

Sourcing and AI

Material property, legal, financial, safety, school, or market claims require an adjacent source and appropriate scope. AI may assist research, structure, comparison, and drafting. It does not remove the need for validation, honest limitations, or expert review where the risk requires it.

Authorship and review

We do not invent people or credentials. Until a real named author or reviewer is assigned, content is attributed to Nestor as an organisation. A page must not imply professional review that did not occur.

Updates and corrections

Dates change only after a substantive review. High-risk or volatile pages are reviewed when official rates, law, source coverage, or product methodology changes. Corrections should preserve a clear explanation when the change could have affected a decision.

Commercial independence

Sources and links are selected for evidential value. Any future referral, sponsorship, or commercial relationship must be disclosed close to the affected recommendation and must not determine a factual conclusion.
