Do not rely on a disputed claim. Open the linked primary source, keep a record of the issue, and verify it with the relevant publisher or professional.

For a generated property report

  1. Record the property input, report generation time, disputed section, and exact source link.
  2. Check that the source refers to the exact property and note its publication or data period.
  3. Use the publisher's correction process for an error in an official or listing record.
  4. Generate a fresh report only after the underlying record is corrected or newer evidence is available.

For a Nestor guide or tool

Record the page URL, the text or result that appears wrong, the expected correction, and supporting primary evidence. The public repository currently provides the accountable issue channel: open a GitHub issue. Never include private addresses, financial details, account data, report content, or other personal information in a public issue.

How corrections are handled

A material confirmed error should be fixed promptly, its review date updated honestly, and a correction note added when the earlier statement could have affected a decision. A changed opinion or newly released dataset is labelled as an update rather than silently presented as if it was always known.
